The Return to Yourself
Therapy, the books, the retreats. And still the same wall.
I have sat with so many women who arrive at this exact place. They have done years of sincere work on themselves. They understand their patterns better than anyone. And still, when it matters most, the old reaction shows up as if all that understanding counted for nothing.
I remember this place, because I lived in it for years. What finally moved me was learning where my experience was coming from in the first place, one level up from the patterns I kept trying to manage. That is the level this work happens at.
The Three Principles, as Sydney Banks articulated them, describe how all human experience is created through Mind, Consciousness, and Thought. This is not a philosophy or a framework to apply. It is a structural understanding. When a woman sees it clearly, her relationship to her own thinking changes. From that shift, the things she has been trying to change through willpower, strategy, and effort start to move on their own.
Three phases. Transformational coaching across three months.
See the Pattern
What feels like fact is often thought moving fast enough to look real. We slow it down until you can see it for what it is.
Separate from It
Become the observer of how your own thinking creates your experience, moment to moment, from the inside out.
Choose Again
Once the noise settles, clarity is what's left. From there, you start acting differently, because you're seeing differently.
We meet once a week on Zoom, in English or Greek, for three months. I hold it the way I hold everything: as a PCC-certified, confidential coaching conversation, led by you. There is no curriculum. Whatever life brings you that week is what we look at, because that is where your thinking shows itself most clearly.
A quieter mind.
The noise does not vanish. It stops being in charge.
Cleaner decisions.
You start to feel the difference between what a moment needs and what your thinking is adding to it.
Less holding everything together.
The energy you spent managing your experience comes back to you, and it is more than you think.
A steadier sense of self.
One that does not need everything to go well in order to feel real.

"From our very first session I felt witnessed and a deep sense of trust. Her calm, grounded demeanor created a space where I felt comfortable exploring deep, personal challenges."
Erika G. · South Carolina
"Even though it was only two sessions, the work has truly helped me. I feel lighter about the decisions I take for myself, less guilty, and more confident to actually follow through."
Antonetta S. · Zurich
"She is highly intuitive, and sometimes just asks a question that unlocks so much of your own truth. I find myself coming back to words and suggestions of hers while going about my day."
ARIANE DE B · NEW YORK
