"The solutions to outwardly complex problems created by misguided thoughts will not arise from complicated analytical theory, but will emerge as an insight, wrapped in a blanket of simplicity." Syd Banks
Clarity under pressure
Pressure doesn't create the reaction. Thought does, in the moment it happens.
This is the space where decisions actually get made from quieter judgement, calmer conversations, and the kind of clarity that holds when it matters most. Coaching through the lens of Three Principles by Syd Banks, which explores how Mind, Consciousness, and Thought can work for you and your team in your favour in a corporate environment. Discover the invisible power that always resides in you and change the story and the outcome.

See How Thinking Shapes the Room
Thought shapes how a decision actually gets made or a hard conversation gets handled, often before anyone notices a choice was even made.
Separate the Noise from the Decision
It gets easier to tell the difference between what the moment actually requires and what's just reactivity dressed up as urgency. That gap is where better decisions and real judgement start to show up.
Lead and Work from Clarity
What comes back is a clarity that holds under real pressure, whether it's one leader making a call alone or a whole team working through something difficult together.
Who this is for
I have worked with enough women who lead to know what the role actually costs. The weighing, the anticipating, the holding of everyone else's weather while your own stays private. By the time a woman like this finds me, she has usually read the leadership books and done the courses, and the noise has walked into every room with her anyway.
What I offer is quieter than any of that. We look at where the noise actually comes from, and once that is seen, the judgement you have had all along gets room to speak.
How we work
One to one
We work privately over four to six months, meeting on Zoom, with room to reach me between sessions when something is live. The agenda is your real one: the restructure, the board dynamic, the conversation you keep postponing.
With your leadership team
The same understanding, brought into the room where your decisions get made together. A single day, or a series of working sessions.
In the room
A talk or working session for your company or event, as a first meeting with this understanding.
What changes
The women I work with tend to describe the same things. Decisions that took weeks start resolving in days, and the stakes did not get smaller; the noise did. Meetings stop needing to be recovered from. Often their teams notice the change before they do.
The container
All of it sits inside a professional coaching container, PCC-certified through the International Coaching Federation and confidential, with outcomes we define together at the start. Engagements are priced on scope, the way professional executive coaching is, and we talk about it openly in the first conversation.
Start with a conversation
Tell me what you are navigating and what you want to be different. If I am not the right person for it, I will say so.
